In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.

Use of the pg111 Platform is strictly conditional on the following eligibility requirements being met in full at the time of registration and continuously throughout the period of membership.

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. pg111 operates a strict 21+ policy across all gaming products and services. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process, and any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned to the payment source.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the Platform from within Indonesia. pg111 is designed and operated specifically for the Indonesian market, and access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is not permitted.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction may not register an account.

Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

To access the full range of pg111 services, you must complete the account registration process accurately and in good faith. The following conditions apply to the registration and ongoing maintenance of your Account.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your pg111 Account. The following security obligations apply to all Members at all times.

• You must never share your login credentials — username, password, or two-factor authentication codes — with any third party, including friends or family members.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account on your behalf, whether for gaming, depositing, withdrawing, or any other purpose.
• If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, you must notify pg111 immediately via live chat support. pg111 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account pending investigation.

All financial transactions on the pg111 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). pg111 supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of local Indonesian payment methods.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pg111 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and CIMB Niaga bank transfers; and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. pg111 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods without prior notice, subject to operational and regulatory requirements.

5.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Deposits are typically credited to the Member's Account within seconds for e-wallet transactions, and within minutes for bank transfers processed via BI-FAST.
• pg111 charges no fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees — these are entirely outside pg111's control and are the Member's responsibility.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source, less any applicable bank charges.
• pg111 reserves the right to request verification of the deposit source at any time. Funds from unverified or suspicious sources will be held pending investigation.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method registered in the Member's own name and verified as part of the KYC process. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• All withdrawals are subject to a security review. Standard processing time is within the same business day for requests submitted before 21:00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7). Requests submitted after this time may be processed the following day.
• Members must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. KYC typically requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits.
• pg111 charges no fees on withdrawals. Any fees charged by a Member's bank or e-wallet provider are outside pg111's control and remain the Member's responsibility.
• pg111 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC, compliance review, or investigation of suspected fraud or breach of these Terms.

5.4 Dormant Account Policy

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. pg111 will make reasonable attempts to contact the Member at the registered email address before applying any dormancy handling. Members with dormant accounts are encouraged to contact the support team to reactivate their account and withdraw any remaining balance.

pg111 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general conditions set out in this clause.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All Bonuses are subject to Wagering Requirements, which must be met in full before any Bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated clearly on each promotion's terms page.
• Bonus Funds and real-money Funds may be held separately within a Member's Account. Withdrawals from real-money balance are available at any time (subject to standard withdrawal procedures), while Bonus Funds become available for withdrawal only once the corresponding Wagering Requirement is satisfied.
• pg111 reserves the right to withdraw any Bonus from a Member's Account, or to withhold Bonus-derived winnings, where there is reasonable evidence that a Bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through abuse of the promotional terms, or in conjunction with prohibited conduct.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and may not be exchanged for cash prior to the satisfaction of Wagering Requirements.
• Only one Bonus may be active in a Member's Account at any given time unless the promotion's specific terms expressly state otherwise.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New Members who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome Bonus as described in the current promotion running at the time of registration. Welcome Bonus eligibility requires completion of KYC verification within 14 days of the Bonus being credited. Failure to complete KYC within this period will result in the Bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

6.3 Ongoing Promotions

6.4 Bonus Abuse

pg111 employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim a Bonus more than once; placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (so-called "arbing"); and placing low-risk or zero-risk wagers solely to satisfy Wagering Requirements without genuine gaming intent. Any Member found to have engaged in Bonus abuse will have their Account suspended, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any winnings arising from Bonus abuse voided.

All Games available on the pg111 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface, as well as the general fair play principles set out in this clause.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pg111 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account immediately suspended and may have all Funds forfeited pending investigation.

• Using the Platform while under the age of 21, or assisting a person under 21 to access the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.

All content on the pg111 Platform — including but not limited to the pg111 brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, data, and odds compilation — is the intellectual property of pg111 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This license does not extend to:

• Using the pg111 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any public communication, website, or social media without prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of pg111's intellectual property may result in Account suspension and legal action. pg111 reserves all intellectual property rights not expressly granted under these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pg111 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any gaming losses incurred as a result of participating in any game or betting market on the Platform — gaming losses are an inherent risk of participation and are the Member's sole responsibility.
• Any loss arising from technical faults, system outages, server failures, internet connectivity issues, or any other circumstances outside pg111's reasonable control (force majeure events).
• Any unauthorized access to a Member's Account resulting from the Member's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses — including loss of profit, loss of data, or reputational harm — arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.

In any circumstances where pg111 is found to be liable to a Member, pg111's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount of real-money Funds held in that Member's Account at the time the liability arises.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent such warranties may lawfully be excluded.

pg111 collects, processes, and stores personal data as described in the pg111 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering a pg111 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
